A.C.E. For Space Self Storage was born. The current site was purchased and developed with two Regular Storage buildings.

4 new Regular Storage buildings were constructed offering a wider variety of sizes.

A large Climate Controlled building was constructed. This was our first Climate Controlled storage. Also, we added non-climate rentable storage lockers to the facility.
